He has strong experience in building and scaling high throughput and performant systems. Lenin is an expert in prototyping, leading, and launching scalable multi-tenant SaaS products on the cloud. He has implemented a hiring process and built teams in various industries such as Telecom VAS, Health & Fitness, Payroll & Fintech. He has been responsible for designing, developing, executing, and delivering software solutions. Lenin also provides architectural blueprints and technical leadership to Development, QA, DevOps & Business teams. He guides, mentors, and coaches technical leads and senior developers. He also develops coding standards, best practices, methodology, and repeatable processes. Additionally, he is responsible for hiring and building teams. Lenin has achieved several milestones in his career. He has led engineering efforts from redesigning, developing & successfully launching a multi-tenant Payroll SaaS product on the cloud. Currently, it serves hundreds of clients across industries. He co-architected and designed a multi-tenant SaaS API platform for the Indian financial ecosystem, which is serving 25+ clients currently.
